The Ohio State University music cognition group holds regular Reading Group meetings throughout the year (including the summer quarter). The group reads and discusses recent publications in music psychology, music theory, and related areas. The group involves students, fellows, staff, faculty and visitors.
Typically, we meet every two or three weeks. Articles are selected by concensus, and all members of the group read the selected article in advance of the meeting. Meetings typically have a duration of about an hour.
